Shikha Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant and the Founder & Director of Commerce Veda Academy, with more than 15 years of rich teaching experience in commerce and accountancy education. She holds strong academic and professional qualifications including CA, B.Com (Honours), Diploma in IFRS, and ACCA (UK), reflecting both national and international exposure in the field of accounting and finance.
Her academic expertise covers Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Standards, IFRS, and US GAAP. She is widely known for her concept-based, logical, and practical teaching approach, where emphasis is placed on deep understanding rather than rote learning. By using real-life business examples and updated syllabus content, she helps students develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As the Director of Commerce Veda Academy, she actively leads academic planning, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and student guidance, ensuring high educational standards and consistent results. She strongly believes in ethical education and personalized attention. Along with academics, she also works as a career counsellor and mentor, guiding students for CA, CS, CMA, CUET, and Class XI–XII Commerce, helping them build clarity, confidence, and long-term professional success in the field of commerce and finance.
